How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link that you can use to track the delivery status of your order.
How much are the shipping costs?
At instincts we do not charge any shipping costs.

Your order will be processed with the highest priority. There are no payment fees. The minimum age for this payment method is 18 years. If you are not offered "purchase on account", we ask you to select a different payment method.

Do we offer international deliveries?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Availability and shipping costs for your country are displayed during checkout.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation by email?
Yes, as soon as your ordered item is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
How long does shipping take at instincts?
instincts has a processing time of 3 -7 working days. After the order has been successfully recorded, we send the package out with a shipping time of between 15 - 20 working days.
My delivery is incomplete, what should I do?
If you have ordered several products from us, they may be delivered as individual deliveries. So if you have only received part of your order, the remaining products will certainly arrive within the next few days.
If your delivery remains incomplete, we ask you to inform our customer service by email at info@instincts-shop.com which item you are missing. Please include your full name and order number in the email. You can find your order number in the order confirmation you received by email.
Returns
What do I do if a product arrives defective or damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the defective or damaged product. We will find a solution, be it a refund, a replacement product or another suitable measure.
General return policy
The goods received can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The conditions for a return are that the original packaging is undamaged and that the goods have not been used.

Every return must be announced in advance via the portal or by email (info@instincts-shop.com).
To register your return, we need your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation). We will check this and you will be informed about the correct return address and further steps by email.
